Orchestra Tours

The polaris team has many years of experience in coordinating and implementing international orchestra tours. We manage tours for chamber orchestras as well as large symphonic orchestras from all over the world, especially to Asia and South America.

We lead the tour organisation process, including the following elements:

• negotiation-process with potential partners at tour destinations
• preparing the respective contracts
• engaging soloists/conductors (when necessary)
• managing and booking all local and international transportation, various accommodations, rehearsals at the destination, etc.
• providing an experienced tour manager to accompany the tour in part or in full

We currently work with renowned orchestras from Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Finland, Ireland, UK and the USA, among others.
